The University of Colorado Hospital site infrastructure included a significant site utility package that required coordination with the local fire department to maintain truck access, the hospital, utility and paving subcontractors, traffic control, and keeping the public safe during the construction of the project.

The team spent weeks planning and coordinating with the various entities resulting in project completion ahead of schedule and within the established budget, all while keeping the hospital open, allowing fire truck access, and having no public or worker safety issues. This level of detail and thoroughness will be brought to this project which will result in cost efficiencies as well as minimal impact to the surrounding land.
