WestWall Lodge

Crested Butte, Colorado

WestWall Lodge is a five-star luxury resort with ski-in/ski-out access at the base of the Mt. Crested Butte ski area’s WestWall lift.

Three separate buildings house 44 condominium units with one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom floor plans that range in size from 776 to 3,700 square feet.

Units feature hand-troweled textured walls, knotty alder casework and trim, and stone and hardwood flooring. Reclaimed Trestlewood from the Great Salt Lake was used in fireplace mantles and exterior timber accents. The Haselden team accommodated end-user requests for finish upgrades to the semi-custom residences with no schedule changes. Nearly 25 of the 44 units had custom finishes incorporated into the residences, which included non-structural amenities such as tile, flooring, kitchen appliances and countertops, as well as structural changes to balconies and fireplaces. An outdoor swimming pool and spa with a built-in fire pit were also added to the list of lodge amenities that were not part of the original drawings.

The end result is a four-story rustic lodge that blends with the natural beauty of the old Rocky Mountain West. Every residence offers unparalleled views of spectacular scenery.
