Located in the heart of Downtown Denver’s LODO district, Haselden Construction provided preconstruction and construction services for First Century Development.

The mixed-use office building includes 112,000 rentable square feet and features a Class A office environment, including a stone and glass appointed lobby, nine-foot ceilings, elegant passenger elevators, ultra-efficient amenities, and future signature restaurant. Design and construction follows LEED requirements for green buildings, including energy conservation to achieve LEED Silver Certification for the core and shell. A state-of-the-art 14-inch raised floor system and under floor HVAC system provides high indoor air quality for tenants. The under floor system increases energy savings up to 30%. Full-height windows provide an abundance of natural light, while distinctive exterior lighting adds grandeur and elegance.

Haselden also completed the tenant improvements for three of the occupants. The tenant improvements include high-end architectural details including fireplaces, water features, commercial kitchens, and a return staircase.
