A Haselden development project under the banner of First Century, three separate parcels needed to be assembled and entitled prior to beginning construction.

The project features a Class A office environment, including the stone and glass appointed lobby, nine-foot ceilings, elegant passenger elevators, ultra-efficient amenities, and a planned signature restaurant. Design and construction meets energy conservation standards sufficient to achieve LEED. Windows provide an abundance of natural light, while distinctive exterior lighting adds grandeur and elegance to the facade.

Haselden completed the tenant improvements for the three major tenants. These projects included high-end architectural details such as reflecting pools, commercial kitchens, and a grand interconnecting staircase.
