Denver, Colorado

Rev360’s amenities are built around flexible office plates with open plans attractive to today’s business environment.

Rev360 is an office building seeking LEED Silver certification in the heart of Denver’s River North District (RiNo). This relatively new development area is connecting downtown Denver to Interstate 70 and the proposed redevelopment of the Stock Show Complex. RiNo is known as a gritty, artsy district with an eclectic aesthetic of older warehouse buildings and new developments, blending newer, growth-oriented businesses that can attract a talented millennial workforce. Rev360 will feature workforce-oriented amenities such as exterior work space, 3rd space food-oriented meeting spaces, bike rooms, locker rooms, fitness areas, and ground floor retail.

Haselden Development is the General Partner and conceived the project, acquired the land, managed the design and City entitlement process, and worked with our partners to maximize the site in concert with the City of Denver’s redevelopment plans for the RiNo District and Brighton Boulevard.

Haselden Construction is the general contractor working hand-in-hand with Haselden Development to maximize efficiency between the development and construction processes and create value for the investors.
