Haselden provided the tenant interiors build-out for this new establishment at the corner of Parker and Arapahoe Road.

The dining area comprises seating for 30, including tables and bar-style arrangements. The kitchen includes a grill, industrial oven which allows them to bake bread on site, dishwash station, walk-in refrigerator and freezer, and prep area. The space is adorned with full-height tile walls throughout, including the two restrooms which are located at the rear of the restaurant.

The entire build-out was completed on a tight, six-week schedule.
