Grand View Elementary

Frederick, Colorado

Haselden built the new Grand View Elementary PK-5 school on a 10-acre site. The new facility includes 28 classrooms, a kitchen/cafeteria, and gym. The school was designed with space for a future addition. Playgrounds, play-fields modular classrooms, parking, and bus areas were all designed to a future-proof model according to educational specifications.

Haselden built this elementary school with the understanding that enrollment will grow overtime. With this in mind, Haselden has provided many different learning spaces and areas to nurture each student’s growth and educational needs.

For the groundbreaking milestone, Haselden hosted a celebration to celebrate the District’s new school and thank the Frederick community for their continued support. Many families and community members were in attendance, excited to see their bond initiatives at work.
