CU Anschutz Buildings 500 and A01

Anschutz Medical Campus

Haselden has completed more than 20 separate projects across the Anschutz Medical Campus, including critical renovations to buildings 500 and A01.

The Building 500 Renovations required a complete remodel of roughly 15,000 sf of existing office space in the original hospital on the Anschutz campus. Due to the history of the building and age we completed the demolition while the design team was finishing up design to help in the effort to discover unforeseen conditions. The build-back included private offices and open offices areas and new air handler for the floor.

The Building A01 project required renovation of 13,000 sf of existing office space. We completely demolished the space to build new private offices, open office areas, shower rooms and break rooms for the UCH doctors to relax between shifts. This space included high end and unique finishes, which included wood ceilings, wood veneer paneling, demountable partitions, tile and felt ceilings.
