We’ve just broken ground on what will become MorningStar at RidgeGate, a senior living center in Lone Tree, Colo.

The RidgeGate property is our third project with MorningStar, which offers independent living, assisted living and memory care.

“MorningStar’s distinction among other senior living options begins with our mission statement: to honor, to serve, to invest,” the company states on its website. “We’re intentional about populating our speech with these key motivators: to love from a deep place, to serve rather than be served, and to invest in that which matters most.”
The new MorningStar senior living complex at RidgeGate will take senior living to a whole new level. Designed by Lantz-Boggio Architects, this complex boasts 224 suites ranging from studios to two-bedrooms of more than 1,800 square feet.

The $56 million project will stretch across 4.8 acres and offer its residents amenities more commonly found at resort hotels, such as a bistro with bar, an art studio, a pool/fitness center and a full-service salon. The complex is in the lovely, burgeoning RidgeGate neighborhood, which provides easy access to retail shops and the relatively new SkyRidge Medical Center.
MorningStar at Ridgegate is scheduled to open in late 2016.
