With historic and modern appeal, this office project includes state-of-the-art electronics, fiber optics and excess power requirements to handle the high-tech office needs for tenants into the next millennium.

The project combines modern-day materials of brick, stone, concrete and steel to blend with the historical character of Denver’s Lower Downtown district. The new, six-story office building includes five levels of underground parking.

As Managing General Partner of Millennium Financial Center LLP, Haselden worked with Jim McGibney to arrange the equity partners; acquire the land; procure financing; negotiate lease contracts; hire a design team; and construct a new office building, a new underground parking garage and finish 100,000 square feet of tenant space.
