Fulfilling our customers’ needs completely. That’s a pretty lofty purpose! But it really IS what every member at Team Haselden aspires to, from our project managers, superintendents, craft workers and our financial services team to our preconstruction crew and Executive Leadership Team. Every single team member that works at Haselden strives to fulfill that purpose – everyday, so it’s very gratifying when our customers let us know that we’re achieving that pinnacle of success! Read how one of our newest healthcare  customers, SCL Health at Lutheran Medical Center, felt about our recently completed project, as well as Aspen Valley Hospital’s team who knew the recipe for a successful project delivery.

Getting to Know Our Neighbors

It’s important to us to get to know our construction neighbors on a personal level. Our Safety-Q team makes a mean BBQ and Haselden Superintendent Shawn Morrison serves it to the residents at Pitkin County Senior Center with a smile. This was during Phase II of our work at Aspen Valley Hospital. We’re currently working on Phase III.

No - Thank YOU!

Notes like this from our clients at Lutheran Medical Center make our day! We recently completed an expansion of their Spine Center and we’re happy to hear they are pleased with both the new space AND the process! Mission accomplished!

Similarly, being good stewards of the community and good neighbors while keeping the noise and dust to a manageable level is a tough task, especially when construction is booming in Colorado. While Haselden has a strong presence across the Rocky Mountain Region, the feedback from our customers is consistent and, quite frankly, infectious! See how our Steele Creek customer, Matt Joblon, and adjacent neighbor felt as we brought a residential tower to completion in Cherry Creek.

Looking from the Outside In

Making sure the residents and businesses in the area affected by construction are comfortable is especially important to us. We love receiving feedback that we’re hitting the nail on the head (so to speak)! This letter came to us for a resident whose home was adjacent to our Steele Creek apartment project, located in the heart of Cherry Creek.

While construction impacts numerous people both directly and indirectly when building a project, constructing and renovating buildings that bring a smile to everyone in the community is what Haselden Construction is all about.

We’ve all heard that a picture is worth 1,000 words . . . but words are pretty good, too!

Giving Back to the Community

Corporate social responsibility is a strong part of Haselden’s identity. Through our Lean-In group, we raised money for There with Care, an organization that helps families with children facing critical illness. We were able to “adopt” quite a few families, providing them with holiday gifts and a little cheer.

Sometimes Kids Say It Best . . .

We received this email from a faculty member at Graland Country Day School, where we recently completed the Corkins Center.

“This morning, we were in the lower level conference room in Corkins, and Karen Carr and I were working with a 4th grade Odyssey of the Mind team on a verbal spontaneous practice problem. The question was, ‘Things that have hearts’ in honor of Valentine’s Day.  They earn five points for creative answers and one point for ordinary answers.

One of the students answered, ‘The construction workers who built this building have really big hearts.’”
