The Fitzsimons Village Office Building includes a six-story, 175,000-square-foot office building with Class A office space; 16,000 square feet of retail space; and two stories of attached parking.
Tenant interior buildout was completed on four floors. Also included in the project is a seven-story, 713-space parking garage attached to the office building by a pedestrian bridge.
Site infrastructure work included completely new storm sewer, sanitary sewer, gas, water and electric service throughout 30 acres of the 40-acre site. This includes an off-site run of storm sewer to I-225 about 1 mile east of the project site — and a pedestrian bridge across Colfax Avenue.
