Haselden Construction is honored to be recognized by ENR Mountain States as the 2014 Contractor of the Year for Colorado and Wyoming.
We grabbed top honors, beating out seven formidable competitors. ENR considered several key factors, including firm history, revenue ranking, substantial work in key markets such as healthcare and education, accolades for recent projects and community engagement.
“It’s a great honor to be awarded this distinction,” Haselden President Byron Haselden said. “We owe our thanks to our outstanding team members and loyal customers, without whom Haselden could not have achieved this level of success.”
Last year, Haselden celebrated 40 years of serving the Rocky Mountain Region. Throughout those years, we have been passionate about giving back to the communities where we live and work. In early June, Haselden hosted our first “Haselden Shoot,” which raised more than $50,000 for Homes for Our Troops. The money will help fund building a new home in Windsor, Colorado for a worthy military family.
Additional 2014 outreach included:
- Clothes to Kids of Denver
- Warren Village
- Denver Heart Ball
- National Leadership Academy
- Denver Zoo
- Aspen Ducky Derby Festival
- CSU CM Cares Initiative & Bike to Work Day
Our core purpose – fulfilling our customers’ needs completely – is something Haselden’s team members work tirelessly to accomplish. We support 21st-century learning environments in education, have increased our commitment and presence in Wyoming by opening an office in Laramie (in addition to our Casper office), teamed with other firms and associations to form the Wyoming Construction Safety Alliance (WCSA), launched Haselden University to provide greater training opportunities for our team members, and encourage healthy living at Haselden through our Sonic Boom Wellness Initiative.
