Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer
David Lueders is Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer for Haselden Construction in Centennial, Colorado. David works closely with Haselden’s Chairman, Vice Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer to give direction and oversight in the areas of Safety and Enterprise Risk Management, including financial, operations, strategic, and contractual risk.
David joined Haselden over 22 years ago having previously worked for a large national real estate developer. He is active in all of Haselden’s new ground up development projects. He is primarily responsible for risk management, capital procurement of both equity and debt, and overall asset management and disposition strategy.
With 40 years of experience in real estate and construction, David holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, Accounting Emphasis, from Texas A&M University.
