Haselden has a dedicated On-Call Division designed specifically for quick response to our clients’ needs.
With a staff of about 20 qualified estimators, project managers, superintendents, project engineers, carpenters and laborers, Haselden Construction is readily available, 24/7, for projects requiring a fast turnaround — such as tenant improvements, minor renovations, and ongoing facilities maintenance contracts.
Haselden’s On-Call Division has regimented procedures and policies that address the unique aspects of quick-response projects.
Major remodeling services consist of larger tenant improvements. These improvements include the demolition and remodel of entire floors and building interiors as well as exterior and site improvements such as roofing, windows, ADA accessibility, parking, hardscape and landscape.
Our clients often have multiple facilities requiring continuous maintenance. For these clients, we work under long-term, qualifications-based, standing agreements that allow us to provide a variety of preconstruction and construction services on an ongoing basis.
Our minor renovations program is focused on interior tenant improvements. These services assist new and existing tenants in enhancing office functionality. Construction activities include items such as flooring and partition modifications.
The On-Call Division provides new construction services on smaller, ground-up additions for its clients. This work includes playgrounds, pavilions, office buildings, warehouses, medical and education facilities.
