We are among the first general contractors to receive the top BLUE level status within CHASE (Construction Health and Safety Excellence),a partnership between AGC and OSHA to mutually recognize the importance of providing a safe and healthful work environment in the construction industry.
Hands-On Approach
Haselden takes an aggressive, hands-on approach to every project’s customized safety program. The firm has been singled out repeatedly by insurance and safety groups for our innovative approaches to creating safe jobsites. An Experience Modification Rate of 1.0 is the industry norm; 0.85 is considered excellent. Haselden’s EMR was recently lowered to 0.59. Our clients are assured of exemplary safety practices.
Raising Awareness
The construction industry has historically been one of the most dangerous professions. Haselden is a leading force in raising awareness and changing behavior with regard to construction safety practices. The company utilizes a state-of-the-art Mobile Training Facility. This facility has allowed Haselden Construction to provide a safe work place with intensive safety training to its subcontractor base.The solar and generator powered facility is fully equipped with a computer-based interactive learning center and is used for apprenticeship development, new hire orientation, safety training, career development, client services training and even CPR training for employees and their family members.
