« Back to Gaming listingBlack Hawk, CO

Located at the entrance to Black Hawk, Colorado, the Isle of Capri Casino included three major phases completed over a span of ten years.

Phase I - Casino and Parking Garage
The casino houses 1,100 slot machines, 25 card tables, a 300-seat ballroom, and 3 restaurants. Towering rock formations, palm trees, exotic flowers, indoor and outdoor waterfalls, and a bamboo bridge are some of the special features of the facility. The parking garage is a five-level precast structure that includes spaces for up to 1,100 cars. The garage provides elevator access to the casino, valet service and a separate drop off point for buses.

Phase II – Hotel
The hotel was built on top of the parking garage and contains 238 “cabana” rooms featuring mountain views, Jacuzzi tubs, upgraded finishes, and televisions in three separate locations. Two 600 square foot conference rooms complement the facility.

Phase III – Expansion
The final phase included a new parking garage, hotel and additions to the existing casino as well as a 10,000 square foot addition to the Colorado Central Station Casino, which was purchased by the Isle of Capri Casinos. Two climate-controlled pedestrian walkways connect the Isle to Colorado Central Station. Haselden also extended Main Street to meet Highway 119 in Black Hawk.
