Haselden Construction Reorganizes, Appoints New President
August 5th, 2009: Centennial, Colo.-based Haselden Construction has announced the creation of four new divisions within the company and appointed Byron Haselden to the role of president.
“The new divisions were created after much research internally and externally to determine the best way to continue to serve our customers,” said Byron Haselden. “We realized that the market place was demanding specialization from teams whose skills are geared towards a particular type of work.”
The new divisions are:
- Education Division. Haselden has vast experience in building schools and related projects in both the K-12 and higher education arenas. New division head: Phil LaSarre.
- On Call Division. For smaller projects that need quick turnaround. New division head: Jarrod Fugate.
- Colorado Division. For all projects outside created specialties that are taking place within Colorado. New division head: Byron Haselden.
- Wyoming Division. The fastest growing division at Haselden – all work done in the state of Wyoming. New division head: JJ Rams.
More specialty divisions are planned for creation over the next few years.
The appointment of Byron Haselden to president also comes as he takes the reins as head of the Colorado division within the company, overseeing the company’s biggest projects.
Says CEO Ed Haselden: “Byron has proved as vice president of pre-construction here over the last few years that he is ready to take the role of president of the company and head of our Colorado division. Our biggest and most important projects will now come under his ambit and we are confident in his ability to step up to this new role.”
