DENVER, CO, September 16, 2008 – Haselden Construction partnered with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, construction industry friends and other foundation supporters last month to raise funds for The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, the leading organization devoted to curing and controlling cystic fibrosis. The 2008 annual 65 Roses Golf Classic raised over $195,000, resulting in a cumulative total of almost $5 million dollars raised for Cystic Fibrosis research in the last 22 years of its golf tournament history.

The tournament kicked off on Sunday, August 10th with a "Welcome Dinner and Auction" at Morton’s Steakhouse. WB2 News Anchor Ernie Bjorkman served as Emcee to a packed house of 200 guests. The following morning, 120 golfers teed off at The Golf Club at Ravenna in Littleton, Colorado.

"Haselden Construction is pleased and honored to be the presenting sponsor for this important event," said Ed Haselden, CEO and President of Haselden Construction. "The golf tournament is an excellent opportunity for us to combine efforts with vendors and clients and raise funds and awareness for cystic fibrosis."
