Ed Haselden, Chief Executive Officer
Ed focuses on managing current and potential owner relationships, setting the company’s strategic direction, monitoring the company’s performance in its core competencies, and exploring alternative delivery systems and new services the company can provide. A registered Professional Engineer, Ed serves on a variety of local Boards and is involved in a number of charitable causes.
Mike Haselden, Chief Operating Officer
Mike is responsible for managing all day to day operating activities of the company, champions the company’s customer satisfaction process, and manages the company’s most important asset - its people. He has been involved in the management and supervision of well over a billion dollars in construction projects during his 25-year career.

Byron Haselden, President Haselden Construction
Byron serves as president and leads the company's Colorado division. Byron is overseeing all Haselden strategies and applying more than two decades of construction management experience to his leadership role. He began as a laborer and has held positions in virtually every aspect construction management, including vice-president of Haselden's preconstruction department. Byron achieved top honors in the Denver Business Journal's "Power Book," which recognizes top business leaders for their accomplishments.
Ron Ondrak, Senior Vice President
Ron is responsible for providing oversight for all projects under construction, and managing relationships with the owners. Ron provides mentoring relations to the company’s project executives and project managers. Ron joined Haselden Construction in 1992 as Project Manager working on some of firm's most challenging projects.
David Lueders, Chief Financial Officer
David directs the finance, accounting, human resource and employee benefit activities of the company. He is also responsible for all owner contract review, negotiations and execution. David is experienced in strategic planning, financial reporting, accounting, corporate finance, bonding and cash management.
Gary Thornam, Senior Vice President
Gary is charged with coordinating activities between our prospective clients and the departments within the company. He oversees all marketing, sales and communication functions of the company. Gary’s background includes over 30 years in the construction industry, including project management and supervision of major construction projects across the United States.
J.J. Rams, President Wyoming Division
J.J. is responsible for the overall management, procurement and operations of the division. J.J.’s experience includes construction of major public and private projects over a 20-year construction career.
